Subject to a signed license agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive right to use the platform per the plan you purchase. Source access is provided under the terms of that agreement.
You are responsible for your legal and regulatory structuring, obtaining any required licenses, configuring the platform, and the conduct of your users, candidates and recruiters.
JobStar provides software only. Nothing on this website or in the platform constitutes employment, hiring, tax or legal advice.
The platform integrates third-party providers (payment gateways such as Razorpay/Stripe, account verification, storage). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or acts.
All intellectual property in the platform and website remains ours or our licensors', except for rights expressly granted to you under your license.
Except as stated in a signed agreement, the website and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or assets arising from use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the platform in breach of these terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your license agreement, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
