We are currently doing a pilot for Foodstar SUPER. We will enable SUPER for you, very very soon!
It is simple - head to Account > My Account > Foodstar SUPER and click on 'Stay SUPER' to renew your membership. You will be able to renew only a few days before your current SUPER plan expires / anytime after your plan expires.
Once you are a SUPER member, you can not cancel it. In the case that you cancel the order with which you purchased SUPER, your membership will also be cancelled and refunded.

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our website www.abservetech.com (the "Website") and our "Foodstar" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Services"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you download, install or use the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not install, download or use the Services. By installing, downloading or using the Services, you signify your acceptance to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (being hereby incorporated by reference herein) which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Services, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same.
We ( Bundl Technologies Private Limited, alias "Foodstar" ) are fully committed to respecting your privacy and shall ensure that your personal information is safe with us. This privacy policy sets out the information practices of www.abservetech.com ("Website") including the type of information is collected, how the information is collected, how the information is used and with whom it is shared. Reference to "you" in this Privacy Policy refers to the users of this Website whether or not you access the services available on the Website or consummate a transaction on the Website. By using or accessing this Website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in any manner as described in this Privacy Policy and further signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (being incorporated by reference herein). If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not proceed further or use or access this Website.
(a) As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Foodstar shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 75 upto the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order, the complete/ deficit cancellation fee, as applicable, to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners. Foodstar shall also have right to charge you cancellation fee for the orders cancelled by Foodstar for the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Foodstar or its restaurant and delivery partners, Foodstar shall not charge you any cancellation fee. (b) However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy. (c) We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance: (i) in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us; (ii) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; (iii) failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or (iv) unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or (v) failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.

Legal
Foodstar SUPER is our membership program which gives you exclusive access to SUPER benefits. SUPER is available for a 1-month or 3-month membership, as you like it.
Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant. You could contact customer support team via chat or call to do so. Once order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the restaurant (Customer service number: 0987654321). Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners if your order has been confirmed.
Quantity and quality of the food is the restaurants' responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant.
We have no minimum order value and you can order for any amount.
Delivery fee varies from city to city and is applicable if order value is below a certain amount. Additionally, certain restaurants might have fixed delivery fees. Delivery fee (if any) is specified on the 'Review Order' page.
Standard delivery times vary by the location selected and prevailing conditions. Once you select your location, an estimated delivery time is mentioned for each restaurant.
Our delivery hours vary for different locations and depends on availability of supply from restaurant partners.
We will deliver from any restaurant listed on the search results for your location. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app auto-detect your location.
We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants.
In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on supply.
Yes, you can order up to 2 days in advance on our platform. Click on the ASAP button on the top left corner of the app to select your desired delivery time slot and place an order. This feature is currently available only on Android phones and in select cities.
Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call him, else you could contact our customer service team.
Referral coupon is given upon the first successful transaction of the referred person. If you still have not received it, kindly send us your details at support@abservetech.com. We will contact you within 48 hours.
